Does ADB World operate the taxis?
No. ADB World provides the software. Each taxi rental company runs its own vehicles, drivers, prices and customers on the platform.
Can my customers book online?
Yes. Every company gets its own branded customer portal link where customers register, choose a vehicle, see the fare and book.
Is my data separate from other companies?
Yes. Every record belongs to one company and every request is checked on the server, so no company can see another company's data.
How does billing work?
Choose a plan when you register. Plans with a trial start immediately after approval; otherwise your first invoice activates the subscription once it is paid.
What happens if my subscription expires?
Your data is never deleted. Depending on platform policy you keep read-only access or billing access until you renew.
Does it work on phones?
Yes — the company dashboard, driver portal and customer portal are fully responsive.
